Pickup Information
Auction purchases are picked up at our Dixon, California location during the standard pickup hours below.

Tuesday & Wednesday: 11 AM–5 PM
Friday & Saturday: 11 AM–5 PM
No appointment is needed during these hours.
Before you arrive
Have your invoice or bidder name available on your phone or in print, and bring a valid government-issued photo ID in case staff need to verify you. For large items, measure first and arrive with an appropriate vehicle, straps, blankets, dollies, and enough capable help, since buyers should be prepared to load their own purchases.
Payment & release
A valid card is required before bidding, and your invoice total is charged to the card saved on your bidder account once your wins are finalized. Merchandise is released after your payment status is confirmed. Adding or replacing a card may show a small verification authorization from your bank.
Buyer’s premium and tax
Invoices include the winning bid amount plus the applicable buyer's premium, sales tax, and any other charges disclosed in the auction terms. A 12% buyer's premium is standard unless an auction specifically states otherwise.
Before you leave
Verify that you received the correct lot numbers and quantities before leaving. If an item is missing or materially different from the listing, tell staff before you go whenever possible.
If you cannot pick up on time
Contact us as soon as you know there is a problem. Alternate arrangements are not guaranteed. Items not collected during the available pickup days may be handled under the applicable auction terms.
