Pickup Information
Discount Depot Auctions purchases are collected locally in Dixon, California during our standard auction pickup hours. If we ever publish a special pickup arrangement for a particular auction or lot, that specific notice will control.

Friday & Saturday: 11 AM–5 PM
These are our standard auction pickup hours. Any rare exception or special pickup instruction will be clearly posted with the affected auction or lot.
Come during pickup hours
Tuesday & Wednesday: 11 AM–5 PM. Friday & Saturday: 11 AM–5 PM. Unless we specifically post an exception, these are the pickup times for auction purchases.
Bring your invoice and ID
Have your winning invoice available on your phone or in print. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID if requested so staff can verify the bidder and release the correct merchandise.
Payment depends on the auction
Some auctions may be Pay at Pickup, while others may require a saved card, automatic payment, or another disclosed method. Your invoice and the auction terms will show the amount due and the applicable payment policy.
Buyer’s premium and tax
Invoices include the winning bid amount plus the applicable buyer's premium, sales tax, and any other charges disclosed in the auction terms. A 12% buyer's premium is standard unless an auction specifically states otherwise.
Bring the right vehicle and loading help
Measure large items before pickup and arrive with an appropriate vehicle, straps, blankets, tools, dollies, and enough capable help. Loading assistance may be limited, so buyers should be prepared to load their own purchases.
Inspect before leaving
Before leaving the pickup location, verify that you received the correct lot numbers and quantity. If something appears materially different from the listing or an item cannot be located, tell staff before you leave whenever possible.
What to do when you arrive
- Park where directed and have your bidder name or invoice ready.
- Complete any payment still due under the auction's payment policy.
- Allow staff to locate and release your winning lots.
- Verify the lot numbers and quantity before loading.
- Load and secure your merchandise safely before leaving.
Large, heavy, or assembled items
Furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, outdoor items, cabinets, oversized lots, and other heavy merchandise may require more than one person, special tools, or a truck or trailer. Discount Depot Auctions does not guarantee disassembly, packaging, loading, delivery, or tie-down service. Plan before bidding and before pickup.
If you cannot pick up on time
Contact us as soon as you know there is a problem. Alternate arrangements are not guaranteed and must be approved. Items not collected during the available pickup days may be treated as abandoned, forfeited, resold, or otherwise handled according to the applicable auction terms. Do not assume storage or an extension will be available.
